My Skin Care Essentials

by - September 08, 2017

Ever since I reached my teenage years, my oil glands have acted crazy. Due to the over production of sebum, I often have breakouts. At 35, this is still my problem. I am in constant search for products that will work with my oily skin.

Then, I found out about Nu Skin. I've been hearing a lot of positive feedback from this brand and I'm glad that I can finally try it. Here are some of the skin care products that I have tried so far.

Pure Cleansing Gel
As always, the number one tip to keep the face clean is to wash it regularly. Do keep in mind however that washing it too often can strip off its natural moisture which can make it appear dull. Nu Skin Pure Cleansing Gel contains papaya enzyme to remove excess oil from the skin pores without causing dryness. It effectively removes dead skin and traces of dirt and even stubborn makeup. This soap free liquid cleanser is fragrance-free and does not sting the skin.

pH Balance Mattefying Toner
I am obsessed with toner primary because it keeps my skin shine free. This toner is suitable for those with combination skin. It contains oil absorbing mineral powder that keeps the skin fresh, oil free, and with a matte finish. I put just a small amount on my cotton ball and applied gently all over my face. Make sure to shake well before using so that the liquid and powder are mixed together. My face is oil free for the next 3-4 hours which makes retouching less frequent.
