Let Go Of The Guilt
Acceptance plays a vital role so that we can free ourselves from all the guilt. Let go of all the anger and guilt and keep on moving forward.

Manage Your Energy, Not Your Time
Since you are doing so many roles in a day which includes being a mom, dad, nanny, cook, teacher, counselor, and so much more, learn to manage your energy so that you get to accomplished as many tasks as you can on a daily basis.

Have The Right Mind Set
As shared by Ms. Emily, being a single parent is difficult but it does not mean that you can’t be happy. Always think positive and see the good in every situation.

Ask For Help
Don’t be afraid to ask for help from the people around you. It is important to have someone who can help you carry out simple tasks like doing projects of your kids or helping you take care of the kids while you are away for work.

Cherish Every Moment
Always have a bonding session with your kids. Have movie dates or go on a food trip. Create moments and cherish every minute of it. After all, our kids are our real treasure so make every second count.

It was a day filled with learning, bonding, and exciting prizes. Solo and Proud will have another session on February 12 at Chaplin located at the Century City Mall in Makati from 6:00-8: 00 PM.
